The Rifle Shoppe was started with one idea in mind to make replacement parts, stocks and barrels for older weapons. Most important to us is Absolute Authenticity! We will not change anything to make it easier to produce. The only way to keep the high quality and consistency on castings is to use very high wax injection pressures and hard tooling (molds), doing this will sometimes leave small flashings on the edges that must be filed off, but we believe it is better to have perfect detail on parts and a small amount of clean up work, than to have no clean up and very little detail. We do not take a bunch of something that looks similar to something else and tell you that it is an original copy. There are many other companies that do this so if you want to drive a Volkswagon and believe it is a Mercedes-Benz then you should do that, but if you are after something absolutely nit-picking correct, then we are your kind of people. The Rifle Shoppe is a very small operation we custom make or cast the parts for most orders when we receive the order. We are starting to stock many popular parts for your convenience, making shipment quicker, although keeping an inventory has been hard as it seems to go out as fast as we get the parts in. So if you call and we don’t have it in stock please place your order, then you will be on the list for the next available shipment. Our average delivery time is 60 to 90 days (sometimes longer due to things beyond our control) please plan your work around this time schedule. We assure you that our quality is well worth the wait. We also have a few businesses that are working with us to stock our parts which we have listed in the back of our catalog. TRS stock and barrel patterns are the finest and most correct for each weapon that we make. They are made with every attention given to even the smallest of details. We do not change any feature on these weapons, unless it is not compatible with other weapons of the same type. When we copy the stocks and barrels on many of these weapons we try to compare them with as many of the same type weapons as possible to make sure that each style is consistent. There are many features on European guns (Military & Sporting) such as slight cast off combs, bottoms of butts are lightly slanted to fit the shoulder cavity, even ramrod rod channels are slanted on French muskets to clear the big main springs. They were designed this way so they would fit more comfortably and be able to keep the slender lines they had. When you get a chance to study original pieces look closely at the top and bottom sides and how (even when nothing is parallel and straight) everything flows together. It took the Europeans 200 years of skill and knowledge to understand and design the fit into guns. The Early Kentucky rifles had some of the features and are extremely pleasing to the eye, but it was lost by the Percussion Era. We make the Master Stock Patterns and Master Barrel Patterns then send them to the stock and barrel makers. We are cutting several of the stocks and barrels now ourselves so be sure to check the parts listings to see if we are cutting a paticular stock or barrel or if you need to contact one of the suppliers we have listed in the back of the catalog. Orders: Place orders via phone, fax or mail. The fax (405) 396-8450 is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To order via mail complete our order form, enclose payment and mail. If order form is not available please use a piece of white paper, print your name, street address (not just a P.O. Box), phone numbers, list part number and quantities needed. When phoning (405) 396-2583 orders are handled by Sherry and Jane they will take your order, fill it or place it. If you have a question or problem they will see to it that it is handled as quickly as possible. Problems: We can fix it! All our products are checked before we ship them, but if you do find a flawed product, return it to us before doing any work on it for a quick replacement or refund. If you find that you ordered the incorrect part just return it within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange, unless it was a custom made product. Remember check all stocks, barrels and parts for damage or flaws as soon as you receive them. After you begin work on the part the sale is final. Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are welcome. We also take personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and cashier’s checks all promptly cleared for quick shipment. When ordering by credit card please include phone number and signature on order. We will ship UPS/COD inside the USA. We find that for our foreign customers it is usually more convenient to use a credit card, but you can pay by check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Shipping Charges: You
pay shipping charges. Send extra funds to cover shipping costs. We ship by
United Parel Service ground delivery, in most cases. Small items are sent by
United States Postal Service. We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS
3-Day Select, at an extra cost. We offer Priority Mail or Parcel Post on
request. Foreign orders are usually shipped via Global Priority. We invite
UPS/COD orders to U.S. addresses add an extra $6.00 COD fee. The minium shipping
on a small order is $7.00.

We stock many items, but each item is custom cast or made by us to the exact specifications of the originals parts, we have copied. Due to the investment casting process which we use there are sometimes delays due to this process which in turn requires patience from our customers, the average delivery time on our parts is between 60 and 90 days, if the parts you order are not in stock. We assure you that the quality of our parts is well worth any wait, as many of the items we make have never been offered by anyone before. If you are serious about the authenticity of your weapon then the time will be a small price to pay. Many of the pictures shown on this web site are of original pieces. We do not sell any original pieces on this web site only reproduction's of the original parts we have copied. If the item description does not say assembled then you are buying the castings of that particular item.
