Baker Cavalry Carbine (601A)
Adopted in 1803 for the Light Dragoon and Cavalry is this Baker Carbine with a rifled bore. Made identical to the rifle but smaller in size with a 20" barrel in .62 caliber. This Carbine has a side sling bar. The lock plate measures 4 5/16" x 15/16". The throw of the cock is 1 5/16".
