Beautiful style French piece with nice chiseled wrap around butt plate and hardware. Very nice deeply chiseled lock. Cock has a reinforced neck which can be removed to make it into a nice gooseneck shape, very high quality. This hardware could be made into a very early gun by using a Series (562) lock.
