1750's Prussian Officers Fusil (720)
This is a very nice high quality Fusil. It has a 40" barrel that is stepped down at the breech with a series of wedding bands and is tapered round. It also has a deep sighting groove cut into the tang and breech of the barrel that runs for about 6". This is a very slender and lightweight fusil that is closer to a fowler piece than a military gun. A very long two piece tang on the butt plate, it has a full moulding around the tang, lock panels, trigger guard and forearm. The lock plate measures 5 5/8" x 1". The throw of the cock is 1 5/8". The barrels are available in .62 or .66 caliber.
