Snapping Matchlock (856)

This matchlock is very similar to the 4000 ordered by Henry the 8th in 1544. The Hammer is actually cocked and then released by pulling the trigger. They actually fire faster and are more reliable than the sear type locks as the cock smashes the matchcord into the priming. It has a 42" octagon to round barrel in .62 caliber. A very nice handling matchlock that makes a nice hunting gun.
