1695 French Musket Bayonet (680)
This is the first type of French bayonet with a long shank going into the triangular flat sided blade. This was made for the 1695 Infantry Musket (Fusil-Ordinaire). This comes from the Eric Goldstein Collection. The over all length of this bayonet is 22 1/8"
